What if my shipping address is incorrect?
It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for packages undeliverable due to incorrect addresses. Please contact us immediately if you realize there is an error in your shipping address after placing an order.
What if my order arrives damaged or is lost?
Please inspect your package upon arrival. If your order is damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with you and UPS to resolve the issue.
Can I get expedited shipping?

Returns and Exchanges

What is your return and refund policy for vinyl wrap film?
Refunds and exchanges for vinyl wrap film are subject to restocking fees. Changes to film orders must be requested within 24 hours after completion of purchase. If a cancellation is requested within 24 hours and the order has not yet been processed for shipment, we will refund you the full cost minus any processing fees incurred from the payment gateway (e.g., Wix, Stripe). Once work has begun on graphic design services, payments are non-refundable. Again, please be sure that you would like to utilize our services. Labor can not be refunded.
